I usually walk by this on my way home everyday and I have always wondered about it. This area is located on Richards Street across Richard’s on Richards. I never quite understood it. It is between two buildings and all it is grass, nothing more. I have no idea why it is fenced in. The lawn is being taken care of, but by whom I don’t know and why. And how the hell are they getting in to groom it?

I don’t get why have it, except maybe to say “hey look what well groomed grass looks like”.

I guess we may never know the true reason for this, but maybe someone out there knows.
