Telus - You’re Dumb
12 05 2008Ok this morning I get a call from Telus and asking to speak to Russ. When I let them know that he was at work, they asked me if I was the decision maker on the account. Now correct me if I am wrong, but since Russ’ name is on the phone bill, don’t you think that it makes sense that he would be the one they need to get the decision from not anyone that answers the phone?
Of course they were trying to sell us something since they then proceed to read a script if we want to add features to visit their website.
Telus, I think you need to hire smarter people.
